Care Home Meds is a medication management service for Care and Nursing Homes, tailored to fit around the individual needs of our Care Homes.
We work with a Care – Support – Train philosophy, ensuring each of our Care Homes are equipped to deal with medication management and administration in the home.
By Caring for, Supporting and Training our Care Homes, medication administration errors decline, medication waste is decreased, and the amount of time each home spends on medication per month is drastically reduced.
By using Care Home Meds’ services for your Homes’ medication, we will help you: reduce concerns over residents’ medications ensuring their needs are met and staff concerns minimized, cater to any changes in residents’ needs, ensure medication is checked one last time prior to administration, ensure staff are trained to provide the best possible care to your residents, and finally provide ongoing clinical and technical support through various sources.

Our dedicated Customer Care Managers ensure that services are well communicated to provide the best possible care.
Each home has a dedicated Customer Care Manager who ensures the smooth running of medication within your home.
Each home also has a dedicated Care Coordinator who liaises between the Care Home and their GP, ensuring medication is always correct and up to date, and your pharmacist is always on hand to provide clinical input.

Our full prescription management service reduces your work as we liaise between you and your GP – Giving you more time to focus on what really matters.
We will also support you with a booking in technician each month to assist you in checking in your medication, as well as same day interim services and valid auditing tools.

Our dedicated training services give you the independence to train and assess the competency levels of your staff.
All modules are also certificated, with accreditation from the college of Pharmacy Practice, and support tutors are also available for all carers.
